Okay picking up the slack on updating. I am fail.

+ Eze village, which as the name implies, is nothing more than a medieval village atop a hill. beautiful views though!

Deven's tiny studette / former servant's quarters on the 7th floor w/out elevator in the 4th arrondissement
Villa St. Exupery, a big clean efficient (scary) hostel in Nice

Cheeses Bought/Consumed:
Camembert
Mimolette
Comte
Brie
Raclette
Some other cheese I don't remember (deven/robin help me out?)

Flavours of Macaron Tried:
Chocolate
Blueberry
Rose
Jasmine w/ Vanilla
Lime w/chocolate!
Passionfruit w/chocolate

Pistachio, something, and griottine (I think. it was colourful AND shiny *_* pierre herme)

Something that tasted like cookies and cream.
Note: Okay that's a lot of macarons. To be fair, I only had bites of some of them. And they were all the tiny ones.

Number of times Arabic was spoken by Jeanine:
other than the numerous slip-ups (shukran instead of merci etc),
1: Moroccan shopkeeper in Nice

Amount of sundried tomatoes bought in Italy:
1 kilogramme (most of it has been gifted)

Musee d'Orsay (one of my all-time fav museums architecturally - a converted train station)
Musee Rodin (great garden)
Musee Matisse (small; Nice)
Musee of Contemporary Art (Nice)
Musee Chagall (excellent; Nice)
Musee Jean Cocteau (actually under construction =( ; Menton)


I don't remember all the cathedral names. but I visited 3 (one was Franciscan in Nice, the other 2 were in Paris)

Wow, that IS a lot of macaron flavors... Guess we got kinda outta control... Anyway, we visited Église de la Madeleine and Église Saint-Sulpice in Paris. We also might have had Pont l'Eveque cheese?
